Where they are made

Assembled in the USA

Both modules will be assembled on automated lines at Texas Sunshine (Dallas–Fort Worth region) and Ohio Sunshine (Coshocton County, Ohio).

Cells come from qualified suppliers outside foreign-entity-of-concern (FEOC) control. Volume production uses U.S.-fabricated cells. Early production may use imported cells, with country of origin declared for every shipment, so each buyer can document its own domestic-content position.
